Imagine having nothing, questioning consumption, addressing the problems with finite natural resources, food distribution ‘As if a switch goes off…no more nature’</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Food</strong>: A lunch based on the Nutan Mumbai Tiffin Box model. Students will design and make own food packs and dress the tables with fabric/paper. Guests are encouraged to question consumption and food distribution, encouraged to share.</p> <p>JB mentioned Brixton food delivery scheme – potential contact?</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>KASIM Denim</strong>: Material to be used to dress table/make food parcels.</p> <p> </p> <p>Students pitched the idea of an art installation/performance art piece – All agreed this would be too much to do in the space esp. with current flower installation.</p> <p>Students are happy to focus on the lunch as the central activity.</p> <p>Alternatives to an installations/performance would be ‘sound scape’ playing in background (idea of music that plants respond to) and/or projector screen up with slideshow of some kind on loop.</p> <p>Also games/activities for attendees to play.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Speaker</strong>: Susan suggested getting in touch with Jonathan Chapman at Brighton.
