LDAP login not functioning properly

My UAL password updated recently, but I need to use my old password to log into PA. Mike

Hi Mike, This happened to me a few months back, which password do you have to use to login to BB, I could login into PA and BB with old password but not webmail I used new for this. Eventually I changed my password twice more and the last few digits drastically, also waited an hour or so before loging into anything. thought my experience was a one off? Cheers

Hi Chris, This doesn't seem to be a Process Arts issue. The updates I made from Webmail don't seem to have percolated through to LDAP. IT Systems error. I'll close this ticket. Mike
