Each user on process.arts has a tab in their profile that shows their learning content (the file browser) this can be adapted and built on, it can be opened up to share your content (all files) with others, we have been exploring this with the NAM project. 

This area is difficult to manage and does not allow users to actually own or access outside process.arts. I would like to look at easy ways to allow users to share their open content archives/files outside process.arts and generally make this file area more, practical, accessible and transferable. Ideally uses will be able to organize their files and to easily take/copy/transfer an instance of all their content with them as they develop their professional careers and also plug into multiple environments. Like a drop box style but embedded?

Dropbox Integration

This module allows users to have a "Send file" page where users can send a file directly to their Dropbox account. It will also contain additional API functions as Dropbox makes them available. http://drupal.org/project/dropbox
