Password change problems

Hi Mike, I had the problem (below) a couple of months back and its doing the same on this password change. I remember a while back you having the same problem? PROBLEM when it time to change your password it only works for webmail and not blackboard and process arts they remain the old password, only way round this last time was to change password couple more times and clear catch etc. , but thought that was a one off, this could be an IT problem that become mine? How did you fix yours? Thanks Chris
