problems with image names

Hi

I ve noticed a few times if images are uploaded sometimes (maybe because they have the same file name) the file uploaded shows the image of that name instead of the image you want to upload - e.g if you create an image with the file name - Picture 46.png it will show an image from the sand casting file instead of the one you wish to upload.
