Hi Hao, Tried to upload profile pic, did not upload, it was jpg 48 x 48 (this is very small for a face photo is it right ? can it be bigger) Cheers Chris

The problem is because whenever you make a change to your profile (e.g. profile pic say) it checks the email field whether it is unique, and because your admin account uses the same email it wont update the change.

This happened to me and when I changed the email for my admin account I could then update the profile pic on my network account.
