trasfer post for old user accout - Chris-Follows-OLD

Hi, There's about six post on one of my old user accounts (Chris-Follows-OLD), if its easy to do can the posts be transferred to another account, if not I will delete user and re-post, if I do I would not want them to appear on the front page as they've been posted already?

I've updated all the items in that account to be authored by cfollows. Except for the bug reports.
