Improved profiles

Profile could be made more visible and developed to include a sections to organise content, skills and specialisms etc. Should be easier to tag/bookmark and surface related content like this - http://process.arts.ac.uk/category/tags/chris-follows-presentations (and then be able to organise within this cluster, by year, international national etc..)
