Dr. Nicola Searle is an economist specialising in Intellectual Property and the Creative Industries (about.me/nicola.searle). Her current research looks at Intellectual Property and business models in digital media; she also analyses computer games and fashion as creative sectors. Dr. Searle is Senior Knowledge Exchange Associate on the Moving Targets digital media project at the University of Abertay Dundee (movingtargets.org.uk/) and is a research assistant at the Institute for Capitalising on Creativity at the School of Management at the University of St Andrews. B.S. (International Economics, 2000) Georgetown Unviersity; and MSc (International Strategy and Economics, 2005) and PhD (Economics, 2010) University of St Andrews.
