"Tales from the Elephant", was created using Pinterest to present a collection of Journalism students work in a visually appealing and easy to use board.
Pinterest presents “snippets" of web pages with annotations, links back to the source pages and has scope for interactive commenting and repinning to other boards.
“Tales from the Elephant”, will enhance teaching and learning activities by engaging students in reflective analysis, through activities such as unpicking the processes used in building a story. The secret boards option could be used in collaborative projects, where students could collect sources, research, visuals and other work uploaded from computer.
