Really like the idea of discussing the feedback with peers, I don't think were very good at dealing with feedback - when I do CPD stuff its always refreshing when the teacher builds feedback into the end of the class and asks if things could be different - I think open online forums for feedback would be good, doesn't have to be so cloak and dagger all the time.
